Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman is an American gymnast and was a member and the captain of the 2012 Fierce Five and 2016 Final Five US Women's Olympic gymnastics teams. At the 2012 Olympics in London she took home gold medals for floor and team events, and a bronze medal for the balance beam. She was one of the few American to have won the most Olympic medals. At the 2016, Olympics she was awarded a gold medal in the team event, which gave her and her teammate Gabby Douglas the credit of being as the only Americans to have two consecutive team golds. She also won silver medals for the individual all-around, and floor exercises. She took a three-year break between the two Olympics from competitive gymnastics. Gold medal winner American team also took part in the two World Championships. The event she enjoys the most is the floor workout. The gymnastics training began at the age of two years of age. Aly has joined with the Uniting Against Lung Cancer group in memory of her grandma. Aly hopes to achieve an enviable career in fashion. Leotards that she has designed or socks as well as other products will be expanded in near future. Fierce, a new book she is working on will release later in the year.
